First, your area and your people

Until you say where you deliver and who is working today, nothing reaches you.

  • Where your firm delivers

    You only get shipments from shops in your provinces. What to collect, where, by when and where it goes: all on one screen.

  • Your people and their vehicle

    You add each one with their vehicle, their area and how many orders they carry at once. They go on duty themselves, from their phone.

One shipment, start to finish

From the shop accepting the order to you leaving it at the door. Without a single phone call.

  1. The shop accepts the order

    That is where the shipment starts. Nobody picks up a phone: it is offered to whoever is on duty in that province.

  2. It is offered to you

    Forty-five seconds to say yes. First you see which shop it is, where to collect and where to deliver.

  3. You say yes and it is yours

    Nobody else is offered it. And if something comes up you hand it back: it returns to the queue for the next.

  4. You collect it

    You tap “picked up” and the shop sees it on their screen. No more “have you been by yet?” calls.

  5. You deliver it

    You tap “delivered” and note who took it, or a photo of where you left it. It is closed, with its time.

There is nothing to note down separately. What you did stays where you did it, with its time.

    When you close it you note who took it, or a photo of where you left it. The shop sees it delivered without you calling.

    What was delivered and what failed, day by day. How long you take to collect and to deliver, and the offers that go by.
